The beginning

So I have been told I should have a blog, not sure why, maybe I ramble so much people are sick of listening so would prefer the option of switching me off. Maybe I need therapy and this is my version of it. Maybe I have an inflated ego and want people to know about my life. I shall see this as an online diary of randomness. The main aim being to document by increasingly disturbing obsession with baking. Yes I have always liked to bake but methinks it may be taking over and my kitchen is only little. Let us see where this obsession shall lead us...
