how time flies

since my last post I have made quite a few cakes for a number of occasions, photos should be appearing shortly.
Still not sorted a flapjack recipe but have found an acceptable (for now) basic shortbread one. The bigger adventure has been rich fruit cakes and using them for Christmas and Wedding cakes ~(not William and Kate's!)
It seems the decorating rather than recipe route is the one I have been taking. Who knows what the next few months will bring!
